Excellent Support and very quick.

I had a problem with duplicate tables when trying to create a staging site so contacted support. Fayyaz from support was very quick to respond and spotted the problem instantly. They gave me the option of fixing it myself with their guidance or they can login and fix it for me so I gave them a temp login and it was all fixed and sorted within a couple of hours.
