• I found it very helpful to include a searchable FAQ on the websites I make for my clients. While it’s not super customizable via the settings, you can still get it to look the way you want to via hardcoding CSS. It would be nice to see a feature that incorporates tags so that users can also search by that.

For an example, in a landscaping business website, a question might be “How often do you mow the lawn?” The answer might be “Every week in the summer and fall and every 2 weeks in the spring.” This would go in the “Maintenance” category. Users would be able to search for this question as long as they type in a keyword present in the question/answer or the category it’s in.

However, users should also be able to see this question/answer by simply searching for “scheduling” or “schedule.” Given that tag assignment is not currently available, this would not be possible.

  • Hi There,

Thank you for the five star rating and for your valuable feedback.

    1. Regarding the customization,we do have integration with Elementor that might also give more styling option. We do also have plans to add more styling options in our future releases. Thanks for the honest feedback.

    2. Yes, Tags seems to be a great idea, In-fact we have it in our backlog already. I will make sure to let you know once this is pushed up.
