• In the last days I submitted 7 support requests (for the premium version, I don’t have a lot of experience with the base version). In each of the cases I got accurate, explanatory and very quick responses to my questions. In one case the support engineer (whom I thank very much) even put together a video just for me! Exceptional, really!
