• The problem with this plugin seems to be on purpose for a profit via a “for a fee” help fixing it as most users will give in, understandably so, to get their online shop to continue functioning, especially after spending hours getting it together. I’m going to share a recent exchange of messages, below, to prove my point.

Furthermore, your response is an indication to me that this “problem” with your plugin is purposefully done for the goal of making an extra profit as most users will give in to a “for a fee” help from y’all. What a sneaky way to fill up corporate deep pockets. Shame on you.

Mam, I’m a developer. Your plugin sucks, it’s unstable, faulty and that’s really the bottom line. Quit making excuses for it and trying to make up stories for a profit. I’m done using Printful and will soon delete my account, when I have the time to do it.

    Thank you,

    Hello, Christina,

This is Maris from Printful customer support.

It is sad to see that you have decided to stop using Printful due to the issues with WooCommerce integration. WooCommerce is certainly a very appealing integration due to the low costs and broad customizability options. The downside is that it does require the user to have higher technical knowledge than with other platforms or have a supportive developer. Good and helpful hosting will also be needed to investigate and prevent any issues on the server-side. Even if the same hosting is used, there can be numerous issues between multiple accounts and their configurations. Not having the aforementioned can lead to technical issues like this and frustration when the integration is just not working properly as there can be so many reasons on the store side that can cause them and we won’t be always able to see them. Our Store setup services team could, however, help you to configure and set up your store for a fee.

I would kindly suggest trying any of our other supported e-commerce platforms that require less attention on the technical side as they are not individually hosted but are simply as a service. Connection issues with them are very rare and are, usually, very easy to resolve.

If any other question or concern arises, feel free to reach out to us over e-mail or chat and we will be happy to assist.

    Have a great day.

I disagree with the information you provide below as I have another website — https://en.ilumina.pub — hosted exactly in the same location (just with a different domain name — and in that website I’m having no issues (for now), therefore, this “error in the hosting server” claim doesn’t make any sense. As for a plugin conflict, that could probably be the case, however, I also have them replicated in both sites, which rules out this other possibility. What is more likely to be the case is that your plugin is actually pretty bad, and this can actually be verified when I look at the reviews Printful has been receiving on www.remarpro.com, where many other users, in a rate of more than 50%, have been complaining of issues, including this exact same one I’m now also having, which makes me realize that the problem is actually Printful. Therefore I will soon delete my account, never use Printful again, and also leave a deserving bad review for y’all.

Printful totally sucks! I recommend you to get another job with a more reputable company.

    Hi Christina,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

After reviewing your Printful account, I see that you have encountered the 500 Internal Server Error. It’s an internal server error and it is caused by something blocking the connection on your storefront.

We are not able to see any additional details since the error is happening on the hosting side of the server. It might be caused by a conflicting plugin, theme, firewall settings, server settings, etc.

I would suggest disabling any unsupported plugins and/or changing the store theme. After that, please go to your Printful dashboard-> Stores-> View store and press the “Refresh data” button. If this doesn’t solve the issue, you could get in touch with your hosting provider for additional details on resolving this issue!

Let us know in case you have any more questions!

    Best Regards,
    Dzeina K. | Customer Support`
