Excellent

  • A great theme that is fast and customizable – although some added css was required for me to get links and other formatting to work right.

    The slider plugin did not work for me and customer support was disappointing so slightly less than 5 stars.

    Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback.

    Very sorry to hear your impressions with customer support were not on point, but I’m afraid we’re unavailable during weekends, though you can see us sometimes “mingle” with our users, especially on the group ??

    I checked your ticket and I’m afraid that even I would not have been able to help you due to lack of information and non functional websites which would have allowed us to inspect the situation and also check what plugins for the slider you were running. Sadly, screenshots were not enough.

    The only way to get the best out of any support, including ours, is to share all the information (what, where, when, why) and for the sites to be reachable.

    I will go out on a limb here and guess whatever issue you were experiencing was also related to the on and off problem you experienced on the backend (briefly mentioned in your ticket), but that requires a deeper inspection which we’re not in the position to do.

    I do hope you won’t have the need for support in the future (we have those hopes for all our users), but if you do, just share all the information so that we can understand the problem thoroughly as well as to be at least able to inspect it from the frontend.
