Excel Spreadsheet Error

    Hi Abel,

    It seems I have another Excel spreadsheet issue. This time, when I click on the Excel icon, the spreadsheet that opens up only contains one cell that has ” ??? ” as the value. This happened before the update to WordPress 3.9.1, but didn’t disappear after update.

    Hi Chantal.

    I think there may be an incomplete registration that is throwing an error and breaking the CSV file. Please go to Events Planner > Registrations and see if you spot a registration in the list that kind of stands out from the rest. If you find one, please trash it and check the file again and keep me posted.
