Excel hyperlink to WP library

    Hi,

    I’ve uploaded some pdf files into my WP library but i cannot access them from an excel sheet hyperlink. It pops a warning saying: “Cannot open [URL] . Cannot open specified file”.

    Is this possible to do? What could be causing this?

    Problem was within the company hosting the website. I needed to put in the URL the ip address, instead of the domain name.
