Excel does not recognize characters when importing

  • Hello, congratulations on the plugin.

    I am Spanish and my website only has texts in Spanish

    I have a problem with the file exported to Excel. When I open it in the Microsoft program it doesn’t recognize me many characters (vowels with an accent, the letter ?, …)

    Why?

    P.S. If I open the same file with Mac OS X Pages, it opens perfectly

    This could be due to Excel settings.
    If you export as csv and then open it with notepad, does it work?
    Could you share a few lines of your export, so I can have a look at it?
