exceeded your quota/ API key

I have installed this a few days ago. But most time it Shows only “Sorry, there was a YouTube API error: The request cannot be completed because you have exceeded your quota. Please make sure you performed the steps in this video to create and save a proper server API key.” and videos embedding fails. But Sometime it automatically improves and shows proper embeds.

I understand there is no error in on my side. My Console Cloud API account is showing green for the same API Key. Hence it appears that this problem is on EMBED Plus side. Please help to fix this error. The same error again and again is causing me lots of loss to me and my brand reputation.
