Example usage of “template_include”?

Hi,

My intention is to automatically showing specific read-only template when a particular theme activated without need to import.

So I try to include template (not import) JSON through template_include.

But there is not much reference of the usage on the net. Example in module.php also doesn’t seems to load JSON as I need.
