Example of stickylist_edit_entries

Please, can someone explain or show an example of how to use stickylist_edit_entries and stickylist_delete_entries work based on roles?
I’m wanting to use a shortcode where subscribers can view the list, but not edit or delete. Then I would like another list where administrators can update and delete.

Do I add the [stickylist id=”1″ stickylist_edit_entries=”0″] to the shortcode, or is this done via a filter?
