Example for race formula 1 ?

    Hello
    Do you have an example for sportpress for the formula 1 ?

    Right now I’m forced to create a team vs. team event.
    The problem is that I can’t enter outcomes for players in this configuration.

    That’s why I’m asking you for an example because I’ve all tried to have
    1 ) player’s championship
    2 ) manufacturer’s championship (in automatic)

    please help me

    Alright, let’s start from scratch to make sure we have the right setup for your site.

    We need to have team vs team events.

    Then each player is added to the event via their teams.

    Now regarding points and order.

    For teams, you can use positions. Just make sure to add all of them. So if they had one racer as 1st and the other as 4th, add them both for the team.

    For players, you need to have points. There’s no easy way to automatically calculate them.

    You can add a field for positions, but that can only be used for aggregate stats (for example average pos), but they can’t be used to calculate points.

    Thus for the teams you use the league tables (with a column for the points formula) and for the players you have a players list, with the points as your ordering criteria.
