    Try this Stacy

    1. New wp-login.php
It will rename the default wp-login.php to something of your preference.
Add .php extention to your new wp-login since it’s more really a new wp-login.php file than a url path.

    example : new-secret-login.php

    2. New Admin Url
This will change the default admin login url path and it’a only a url path.
This will be your new admin url path.
    example : new-secret-login/

    See Main thread here

    Thanks.

First, can you make sure you use the latest plugin version which currently is 1.3.4

What server are you using for your site (e.g. operating system, php version etc).

It is the latest plugin and my php version is 5.6.22. I believe I activated on a single site but I do have a multisite install.

As far as i understand you run a MultiSite environment, unfortunate the plugin is not yet ready for this.
