ExactMetrics Google Analytics cookies are still loaded

    Hello,

    The ga cookies on this website are managed by the ExactMetrics plugin and I have not been able to block them properly. Complianz seems to have detected the Exact Metrics plugin and the relevant option in the Complianz plugins section is on. I also tried blocking the em_version link based on your answer in an another ticket but still the ga cookies are loaded prior to consent. Do you have any ideas on how to fix this?

    Hello,

    The .js file is fired but requires user consent to obtain the data. However, if you want block prior consent you can block?analytics.js?by navigating to Integrations > Script Center > Block a script, iframe, or plugin. Here, insert the?analytics.js URL?to block it before user consent is given.?Make sure to check “This script contains an async attribute” and select the Statistics category.?Once done, save everything.
