• I have to work with this plugin as a client is using it and I find exactly 0 documentation for developers.

0 action & filters documentation, 0 documentation regarding the functions that a developer can use while having this plugin active.

While the plugin may work perfectly, adding a documentation for developers is essential!

Oh! But you care about spamming the user to buy the Pro version…

Too bad the WordPress community doesn’t add this a requirement when submitting a plugin to plugins directory.

  • Hey Alex,

Tons of docs over on our KB. You’re welcome to check them out. You’re also welcome to submit a ticket, we haven’t had any communication from you at all.

A 1-star for your very specific need of filter documentation is pretty harsh I have to say.

Personally, I reserve my 1-star reviews for stuff that just simply doesn’t work, has no support, etc.

Hope you’ll reconsider the rating as you said yourself the tool works and we’re available to help if you’d like.

    Cheers,
    Josh

    Hi,

Tons of docs over on our KB.

and which exactly is for developers? ’cause I’ve seen nothing for developers.

I guess you didn’t even read my review but wanted to complaint about my (honest) 1* review.

Anyway, thank you for you reply,
    Alex

Yes, exactly. Your plugin has exactly 0 “support” for developers.

Why would I have to open a ticket asking

hey, how do I implement your plugin functions in my theme / plugin?

    ?
