The thumb on the https://denmarkhistoricalsociety.com/bean-cemetery/ is created using real 3d flipbook. Our plugin is Dearflip, while the shortcode you mentioned is correct, the output is not ours.

If you have real 3d flipbook it removes our output and send it’s output. Please disable that plugin so that you can see the output by our plugin.

Hi,

Let me put it in literal words. There is a plugin named real 3d flipbook plugin.

It literally hijacks our shortcode and displays its flipbook. Our shortcodes are not executed. Please disable that plugin. And the thumb should works as normal.
