• Still amazed at how well this little plug-in works. I wanted some way to have a website where anyone can find out details about the wedding, but only those on a guest list would be able to RSVP to the reception. This plug-in did all that and more.

Simply uploaded a spreadsheet with the names of my guests, and sent the URL to my guests. It was that easy. Guests gain access to the RSVP section by entering their name or the name. If the name is on the guest list, they can RSVP. If not, the system tells them they aren’t on the guest list.

I didn’t want my guests to have to do separate RSVPs for each member of their family, but thankfully the associated guests feature had that all worked out. When any member of a family RSVPs, they are asked about the rest of “associated guests”, and an entire family can RSVP at once.

Seriously a perfect plug-in for anyone looking to do online RSVPs for a wedding, event etc.

Great review! I just installed this program to use on my wedding website – I would like to know how you made it work for you with the spreadsheet?

    Thanks

There are instructions with the plugin that tell you how to format the spreadsheet, but I’m pretty sure it was something like:
    A – First Name
    B – Last Name
    C – RSVP
    etc

Then you fill in your guests in that spreadsheet and then upload it to the plugin. After that, your guests just enter their name on the page that has the plugin installed and then they are brought to a more in depth RSVP page.
