Exactly The Right Tool. Fantastic Support. Well Worth the Price.

I tend to obsess about getting the best product. I looked at a bunch of FAQ plugins that were perfectly nice, and even bought one. But Ultimate FAQ was by far the best. It allows all sorts of formatting options the others don’t.

Particularly important to me was the ability to have three layers. My FAQs are in categories, with questions and answers under each. I wanted my page to display the categories only until they are clicked, then drill down to the Qs, then drill down to the As. Ultimate FAQ let me do that.

The support is as good as the product. I had a bunch of questions and tweaks I needed to make it work right for me. Tony answered all of them and even wrote a few CSS scripts to help make the product do what I wanted.

I like a free program as much as the next guy, but we want good programs like this to exist. For the money, Ultra FAQ is well worth it.
