Exact match not working

Hi,
It seems I can’t enable the exact match feature. I want to display results for exact match phrases only but for some reason it is still showing matches for words in the phrase separately.

So I want to get results for “test de la” only but it seems that this primary keyword logic is overwriting the exact matches logic.
