Exact Links Pro Caused Slow Response of PHP

    Dear Support:

    My Exact Links Pro is activated but not used.

    It caused the slow response of PHP ( when I clicked plugins installed, it took a very long time to show up ), after deactivate Exact Links Pro，everything is back to normal ( clicking plugin installed, it showed within seconds).

    Below is my system information

    WordPress 6.6.2
    Theme: TWENTY TWENTY FOUR
