Ex-Slimstats 2.0 & failing to update

I have WP 2.7 and updated ex-slimstats to its new version of 2.0. Everything went fine except everytime I open my blog, I am asked to update the plug-in. After the 10th time and no answer from the author, I am getting the following error:

[Duplicate entry ‘95832425ec1498fd7e2ebcdff98a731b’ for key 2]
UPDATE wp_slimex_resource SET rs_md5 = MD5(TRIM(rs_string)) WHERE rs_md5 LIKE ”;

With regard to inserting new values for rs_md5 column. I love this stat program and would really like to use it. My host is no longer providing server number so I am without any reliable numbers.

I have google A and Woopra but their numbers have always been so much lower than my server numbers. Neither show my feed either. Any suggestion for a non cookie based program similar to ex-slimstats.

This is not the first time this stat program has been down but I did not care because I had my server numbers.
