eWAY Payments settings not showing

    Hi Webaware
    Looking at your screenshots i can see eWAY Payments as a menu option within GF settings, but this does not show on our install.
    Our site is setup as a MultiSite although we don’t use that anymore, but eWay payments needs to be installed and activated at the network level in WP.

    Is it possible to use eway payments in a MultiSite setup? GF shows up fine, i can add paypal but eway payments does not.

    Now running WP 4.4, latest GF (developer edition) and latest eway payments.

    G’day art_r,

    I develop and test on multisite, with the plugin activated on the individual test sites within the network. Just now, I deactivated it on a test site and network activated it, and it still showed up.

    Can you see anything in your error logs?

    You can find your website error log through your hosting control panel, usually under a button called Logs. If you’re not sure where to find it, you can tell WordPress to write errors to the file wp-content/debug.log by editing your wp-config.php file. Find the line that says:

    define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    And replace it with this:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);

    NB: you should change it back when you’re finished, because debug mode slows your website down a bit!

    Thanks for the info/update.

    Let me try un-activating it and re-activating it again. And failing that I’ll check the logs.

    OK, this is resolved.

    I had originally downloaded myself, then uploaded via FTP, and this didn’t work.
    I deleted this.

    Then from within WP, plugins, found and installed it that way and is there now.
