    Recently my eWay plugin:

    1. Flashed options for a moment and then hid them on the screen. This was partially fixed by CSS (opacity, for some reason).
    2. However, new users are shown no radio buttons to click on.
    3. Logged in users with saved cards have the radio button and the text string for all the cards as well as the ‘Add a new card’ option in exactly the same position, so that they are all written over each other and it is unintelligible scribble.
    4. Trying to separate them with display:contents makes them separately readable (though inline), but absolutely no radio buttons are clickable.

Basically, my eWay at checkout is not working at all and I can’t take payments. Nothing is displaying properly or able to be selected.

Is the plugin compatible with the latest version of WordPress? Who can I reach out to for urgent assistance? Many thanks.

  • Hello,

Can you please send us a screenshot of the issue? You can send the screenshot link via https://snipboard.io – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

To help you investigate better, please share with us a copy of your site’s System Status: You can get it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    Kind regards.

Regarding the System Status – can I send this privately somehow? Thanks.

Sorry, just to clarify the issue:

New customers can in fact proceed to enter credit card details.

But existing customers are presented with those overlapping text strings and none of the radio buttons work (though only one can be seen due to the overlap).

    Hi there @jason9j ??

Thanks for reaching back, and clarifying things further.

Regarding the System Status – can I send this privately somehow? Thanks.

Feel free to use a service like https://pastebin.com/ for that.

Meanwhile, could you check if the issue persists while having the Storefront theme active on the store, please?

    Looking forward to your response!

Hi – thanks, but how do I send you the information privately though – as in, viewable by you only, not everyone on the forum publicly? Many thanks.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your message.

May I ask, did you try the recommendation made by anastas10s? I.e. switch the theme temporarily to Storefront? Did that make a difference?

To clarify, the information shared in this forum is public, you can send us the system report publicly via pastebin as mentioned earlier, and keep the file alive for some days while we look into this, the system status report does not contain sensitive information (You can redact your site URL from the report, this is optional).

You can also create a support ticket, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page, if you select this route, please provide a copy of the system report and a link to this forum thread in your response.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
