Evolve Menu Mobile View on Desktop

I am using Evolve Child theme with custom CSS, functions.php, header.php, footer.php, style.css

I tried to update to latest version of Evolve theme. I reverted back to previous theme using Updraft Backup Plus. If I am log into WordPress Dashboard when I preview a page it displays correctly. If I log out and view the page the menu is stuffed. If you click the menu button, the mobile menu expands. I am unable to access page from menu bar. If I copy URL to Firefox the exact issue happens. I have no idea how to fix this issue other than using another theme which I don’t want to do
