• This is a difficult plug-in if you aren’t a techie. I thought I had been saved from the frustrations of WP when I found MotoPress. Their video made it look simple, naturally, but they had no phone number (clue #1) to ask some simple questions, nor could I find the answers any other way. The $30 price tag made it worth the trouble to try. What a mistake. It’s not easy, the learning curve is huge. Don’t make the mistake of thinking this is a simple drag and drop. It’s just as frustrating as WP. Then we get to Customer Service. OMG. Hilarious. I sent a simple, pleasant note to ask for my money back and “Emily” took it personally and sent me back a snarky, hostile note basically telling me I’m an idiot for not reading their return policy before I bought. Yikes, Emily, calm down. Their return policy? If it ain’t broke, you own it. I guess they know their product sucks.
