first of all thank you for trying visualCaptcha for wordpress and Thank you for you contact.
From previous experiences, I can tell you with 95% certainty that the problem is with the custom template that you are using on your site. ??
By default BuddyPress overwrites the default wordpress templates, and by doing so, it will brake every plugin that uses or rely on the wordpress standard hooks/positions/templates.
