Everything works except show post

    • I’m using Ubuntu
    • I have the WP admin page, I create posts, I see my posts in the admin page
    • The permalink option is default
    • I see my wordpress posts in phpmyadmin. They are published
    • In the browser, I see the pages from my var/www/html folder: (html pages and php pages), in the format https://IPaddress/foobar.php
    • I see my posts in phpmyadmin, under wp_posts
    • what I see when I click View Post is either the index.html page, or if I rename that page to i.html for example, the Index of page listing the files in the /var/www/html directory
    • I’m sure the answer is simple and accessible on the site, but I’ve been searching around for hours now

    Don’t bother answering..
    I uninstalled WordPress in view of reinstalling
    now my wget doesn’t work anymore
    I’m resinstalling Ubuntu from scratch
