Everything Works EXCEPT Quotes

  • My site no longer displays Quotes to the front end for customers. I have enabled “Easy Access” links as well. Whether you’re logged in or not, you get a 404 error whenever trying to open a Quote. This was working a few weeks ago. This made me look like an idiot in front of my client yesterday.

    I’m sorry to hear about the issue.

    We’ve heard from some of our users that this issue only affects Mobile view. Would you try opening the Quotes from desktop and see if the issue persists?

    Also, if you can submit a bug report using this form below and send us information about your site, it’ll help us investigate faster.

    You can use WordPress Site Health feature to send us some more information about your site:

    – In your WP Admin dashboard menu, click **Tools**, then select **Site Health**.
    – Click *Info* at the top of the page.
    – Click the ‘Copy site info to clipboard’ button
    – Paste this information into your reply.`
