everything was going fine until … (customer service fail)

… until it came time to convert over to Woocommerce’s HPOS. I’ve been waiting for this plugin to be compatible for months now; I asked about it in support, here, two months ago, with no reply. There’s literally no way to contact support (or anything else!) on their website unless you’ve bought one of their themes & can prove it. I do really like the way their blocks look but I’m about to start looking for another plugin, from a company that pays any attention to the plugins they write.
