    I updated the plugin last week and now IP / Object / Event Type all say array for every entry and activity.

    Should i roll back the update?

    Thank you for using our plugin.

    The activity log data is not loading up properly because in version 4.4.0 we have changed the database schema and it seems like the update failed.

    There are a few reasons why the update would fail. The most common is updating to the latest version from a very old version. If this is the case, can you please follow the below procedure:

    1) Deactivate the plugin install
    2) Download update 4.3.6
    3) Install and activate version 4.3.6
    4) When that is successfully activated, upgrade to 4.4.1, the latest version.

    Can you please advise if this solves the issue? Looking forward to hearing from you.

    I had the same problem when trying to update from 4.3.6 to 4.4.1 – I had to revert to 4.3.6 and then download and install 4.4.0, which seems to be the only version that properly upgrades the database schema. Finally, I updated from 4.4.0 to 4.4.1 via WP dashboard.

    We’ll double check update 4.4.1 because the upgrade process should run successfully as long as one is updating from 4.3.6.

    To follow up here, after having this and other issues following upgrade to 4.4.1, a re-upgrade from 4.3.6 to 4.4.1 resulted in the same issues.

    So I tried upgrading from 4.3.6 to 4.4.0 as recommended here and still get the same issue with the three data columns IP, Object and Event Type showing:

    unknown
    Array
    Array

    Is there another way to solve this?

    FYI to all, going from 4.3.6 to 4.4.1 does not work. I had to go back to 4.3.6 then 4.4.0 as said above.

    Following your instructions and starting with 4.3.6, then replacing it with 4.4.0, then upgrading to 4.4.1 was also the only solution that worked for me.
