Everything redirecting to the levels page

  • Just installed the plugin and used the automatic page set up (after creating a couple of leves).

    When I go to any page plugin related, it redirects me membership-account/membership-levels/ pages

    If I click on one of the membership levels (Level 1) it takes me to

    /membership-account/membership-checkout/?level=1 and gives me a “page can not be found 404” error.

    Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

    Hi @daverage,

    When creating the pages automatically from PMPro, did you set those pages to require membership?

    By default PMPro should not redirect you to the levels page should you not have access to the page requested. Is there any customizations or additional PMPro add-ons you’ve installed?

    No, there is nothing added. And that does not cover the issue with the 404 when I do try to “buy” a membership level.

    Are you only running Paid Memberships Pro and no additional add-ons?

    This could also be an issue with your permalink settings.

    What you can do is the following:

    1. Login to your WordPress dashboard
    2. Navigate to ‘Settings’ > ‘Permalinks’
    3. Save your permalink settings again to ‘reset’ them

    Hopefully this helps resolve the issue.

    I am having a similar problem – permalinks didn’t solve it. Any other ideas?
