Everything is super slow

  • Hi,

    My WordPress website: dreamvillenation.net takes about 2 minutes to just load the homepage, which is unreasonably long.

    Even the admin pages and admin panel take >2 mins to load. I tried disabling plugins, nothing helped.

    Contacted my Host provider, they say everything is fine on their end and the host package is more than enough for the bandwidth on the blog.

    What could possibly be going wrong here? Would really appreciate some support!

  • Site seems ok for me using google Chrome, however there’s a lot of great ways to improve overall site speed. You could try running your site through this tool and making a number of the recommended adjustments and perhaps using some caching plugins as well. Hope this helps get you started.

    Scroll down the page and try fixing all these issues as much as you can.
    it will speed up your website, make sure you take a backup first.

    and there are several plugins which helps you increase speed issues on wordpress website, also if you serious about the website try moving your website to Cloud server.

    Also check if your hosting provider is giving you CloudFlare tool, this is also a best option to speed up the website by connecting it with CDN.

    You can also do that easily with cloudfare.com and change the nameservers according to their specs.
