Everything is lost

I feel like am shattered right now after spending hell on plugins suddenly I realized that my pages won’t show even after been published. And more and more issues just keep occuring and so I decided to just reset everything after different ways hopefully that would be the solution but then I got my self into a hudge mess. Right now after installation all I saw when I reloged in was profile and then dashboard and on the dashboard they is absolutely nothing there. No plugins ,post, media, comments or even appearance.???????????????? Please help me this is just not fair.
