Everything is good but the upload

Hi,

Please can you provide a link to your log file for the problematic backup? (You can download it from the “Existing Backups” tab of your UpdraftPlus settings page).

It’ll be too long to paste into the forum here, but you can download it to your computer, and share it with Dropbox, or paste it in pastebin.com, or any similar service, and post the link here.

Hi,

The log looks good – seems to show a completely successful FTP upload. How are you checking that folder on your FTP server? Some FTP clients cache the directory listing, so you may need to shut down the FTP program and reload – or to check via a different way. Also – try downloading it via UpdraftPlus (use the buttons in the ‘Existing Backups’ tab).
