Hey @veneetsayyer11 and @kelsiekconsulting,
Thanks for writing in with your question! I’d be happy to take a closer look at what might be happening here.
To start with, could you let me know how many total products you have in your store? We’ve seen similar issues with some merchants who had a large number of products that required syncing, and some were, although the product total was not that large, the number of variations was very large, and it wasn’t able to complete the sync for 20,000+ total products.
As it happens, our developers have tweaked the sync functionality to try and cater for larger stores, and this is now part of the 2.0.2 release. If you haven’t given this another try with the latest version, that would definitely be worth a shot!
Otherwise, the next test would be to try and sync an individual product, to see if that is able to complete. This can be done by navigating to any product’s edit product screen in WooCommerce and clicking Update. You don’t need to adjust any data, as the update action will trigger a sync. If you have debug logging enabled beforehand, we should be able to see the sync request being made, and the response from Facebook as well.
Could you please let me know how you get on if you do try the new version, and if the issue remains, are you able to sync a single product okay?
Cheers!
Simon.
