I have to say, I like the way this software protects the website – The reports are clear, the ability to block by ‘IP’ or by ‘Country’ is as expected from a ‘Pay to use’ Product. However, when it comes to support – I find it lacking, ‘Understanding’ of the problem, and simply telling me to ‘send a screen shot’. Additionally, what ever you do.. do NOT deactivate the software for any reason, not even to figure out if it’s conflicting with other plugins. You’ll wind up, in ‘Teaching Mode’.
On a small screen, the data report is FULL.. that is, it will fill the small screen of your tablet with one or two entries with no way of condensing. the control vanishes on a small screen. On a large screen, the default is ‘condensed’ with a control to expand the information.
