Everything appears to have been set up correctly yet no emails being receieved

I have set everything up, I’ve tested it myself with the contact forms and they work. I’m using Kadence Forms.
However I decided recently to add a personal email to the built in email settings of Kadence forms as I saw a drop to zero on usage.3 days later I get a contact form, but it only sent to my personal account.
I also am getting emails mentioning email being sent by you guys regarding email’s I’m sending. I don’t have any emails being sent to my knowledge, would it be this, where for some reason it keeps sending to a non existent email address?Thanks! ??
