    I have set everything up, I’ve tested it myself with the contact forms and they work. I’m using Kadence Forms.

    However I decided recently to add a personal email to the built in email settings of Kadence forms as I saw a drop to zero on usage.

    3 days later I get a contact form, but it only sent to my personal account.

    I also am getting emails mentioning email being sent by you guys regarding email’s I’m sending. I don’t have any emails being sent to my knowledge, would it be this, where for some reason it keeps sending to a non existent email address?

    Hi there @navyblur,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    We send a Weekly Summary email to let you know how your emails are performing. It includes a total of all emails sent by your site, which could include notifications from other plugins. For instance, if Wordfence or WooCommerce send an email, those would be counted as well.

    Regarding the form email, you may need to check the settings for your Kadence form if you’re sending to multiple email addresses:

    Additionally, you can check the debug log in WP Mail SMTP to make sure there are no errors during sending. Check out this guide on our site. It walks through our Debug feature.
