everybody can register on a blocked post

Hello! Did they register via UM form?

I’m not sure what UM form is.

The new user registered from the screen displayed at the time he clicked on the blocked post.

Then he received a new password through email, keyed this password and got to the post.

I just verified that “everybody can register” is not selected

Put a link to the registration page (If it was not created by UM we simply can’t support another plugin, I mean are you sure it’s a UM register form)

I think you are asking in the wrong forum? Our plugin is called Ultimate Member. WP-Members is a different plugin.
