    Hello,

    Your every updates create a issue for us and take our whole day to fix that.

    The issue is now :

    1) When a user purchasing a plugin bundle, user not able to download his/her plugin due to link missing of all plugins

    2) When we are trying to ADD A DOWNLOAD form purchase history, its not allow us to do this and also choose product variation option is also missing.

    3) You have added Price assignment field for Bundles where you have not taken care for the plugins already added in the bundles and we were getting warning message. We need to go each bundles and save the meta then it start working.

    Hi,

    Seriously you are breaking the working sites.

    There are lots of issue which you had not tested and release the plugin version.
    We are also using your various pro add-ons and your paid user support is also not good.

    1) When user purchase a plugin bundle user not able to download his/her plugin due to link missing of all plugins.

    2) You have updated admin payment history page UI but after update ‘Add New Download’ functionality is not working.
    When we try to add new download it is not displaying product variations select box.
    I have checked and found that it is working via js but you have not updated id “edd-purchased-files” to ‘Add New Download’ field. So Ajax is working at all.

    3) You have added Price assignment field for Bundles where you have not taken care for already purchased bundled. The old bundled files are missing due to the new meta is not stored. You have to provide else condition in that if not meta is there then ‘All’ price assignment should be there.

    After the 60,000 plus activation you should take care of these. We are not saying that there should be no error but each update cause error that is not good.

    I’m sorry to hear there were issues encountered with the update. I will, however, be more than happy to help track them down and resolve them.

    1. Could you please show me a screenshot of the edit screen for the bundle product?

    2. It sounds like you may just need to refresh your admin cache. The Javascript files are cached and need to be refreshed. Could you please clear your cache, do a hard refresh, then try again?

    3. I’m not 100% certain I follow this. Are you saying that the file downloads do not show up when the price option is set to “All”?

    Note: 2.7 was in beta for more than 3 weeks. While we strive to make releases as seamless as possible, sometimes issues do slip through the cracks. We always watch closely after a release for reports of issues and we then resolve them as quickly as possible.
