• Every time I

    – log out of my site OR
    – reload the page I land after I log out OR
    – load the login page

the system counts it as a failed login attempt. Then after 3 reloads the IP is in the lockout list. If I don’t reload I can login normally but of course Cerber counts the relevant failed attempts.

It’s not device or IP specific as I tried this from 2 devices and 2 IP addresses.

Any clue why? This happened for the first time after I updated Cerber to the latest version.

    Best!

Forgot to mention that in the Activity tab I get the indication “Invalid Cookies Cleared”. Also, just whitelisted my IP to not have the login attempt limit until the issue is solved.

Hi! One of your plugins is interfering with WP Cerber. Look for a membership or user-related plugin.

Hi – thank you for the reply,

I have very few plugins installed. The only one I can think of is woocommerce.

Could it be related to caching from my hosting?

Caching should not be the cause. WooCommerce as well since WP Cerber is compatible with WooCommerce. Have you enabled WP Cerber’s custom login page?

Hi! I see. Yes, I have. Does that give us a clue?

Not yet. Try to disable it and use the default WordPress wp-login.php page to log in.

    Happy new year Gregory!

Just did. It solved all the issues I had! Yayyy

Any ideas on how to bring it back without issues?

    Best,

Ok, does this mean then that I have to disable WP Cerber’s custom login page in order for users to be able to log out?
