There has been a critical error on your website.’

The website is on staging environment yet, it is a wordpress website + Hello theme + Elementor pro website builder in use. I am not sure what is the cause of the issue, please help!

    Hey there,

That sounds weird! Have you tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling it?

It sounds like you might be running into trouble with plugins that are already activated. Have you tried disabling all of the plugins and then installing WooCommerce? If that works, you can then try re-enable the plugins again.

It sounds like a staging site would be a good idea. If your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site. From there, you can try disabling plugins, installing WooCommerce, etc., without affecting your live site.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Kind regards,
