Every time I activate cleantalk it breaks website

    Hello

    I use cleantalk on many sites. One site which is built the same is having issues with install of plugin. Every time I activate the plugin it breaks my site. I have it deactivated now. Can you advise what I need to do to fix this issue? Domain is https://therapyandtraining.ie/

    Ok so the original site is ok. But this does not work ie clearing the cache.
    I have installed on a new site and it keeps breaking it despite clearing cache,deactivatating all other plugins (in case of conflict). There seems to be a bug in the cleantalk plugin.

    I will disable on my website as it needs to be live today and I cannot leve it stating this message whenever I try to access the backend:
