Every ticket order cancels shortly after it's purchased

Every time I sell a ticket, it goes through, but then sometime later it ends up cancelling. Not always immediately. I’ve checked the next day and get an email saying the sale was cancelled by the customer. but it wasn’t.
It’s also not taking the tickets off of the inventory anymore, it was at the beginning. it was working great! It just started doing this now and then and now it does it everytime. I’ve had to go and repurchase the tickets myself to straighten out the inventory, please help!thanks!
