Every Google reviews are displayed on mobile version

    Hi, thanks for your nice plugin, it works like a charm to display Google reviews on desktop version, however i have an issue on mobile.

    Using Avada theme, I have created on Social Ninja a specific template to display only 3 Google reviews maximum on mobile version (settings are “Number of reviews: 3” and “Number of Columns: 1”), but surprisingly, the website keeps displaying every reviews on mobile, therefore more than 3.

    The same template with the same settings works perfectly on desktop version, it only displays 3 reviews.

    What could be the issue with the mobile version?

    Hello @hbedit,

    It seems the mobile version column is not specified. (see screenshot)

    If you have done already, please clear up the site cache. This should resolve the issue.

    You are requested to open a ticket in our business portal if the issue still persists, we might need to troubleshoot by login to your staging site.

    Awesome, it worked perfectly, thanks for your help!

    I didn’t notice that we were able to edit options depending on versions (desktop, mobile…). Suggestion: perhaps adding a tooltip on the versions button, or a text description below the option could make it more obvious.

    Anyway your plugin is the best i’ve tried so far and your support was very fast, so keep up your great work and thanks again!
