Everts form is not displaying the Successful form submission message

    Good afternoon.

    My form is not displaying the success message after submitting.

    It is the first time that it happens, because in many other projects I have used this plugin and I have never had problems.

    The text of the success message is well configured, but I don’t understand why it doesn’t scroll to the success message once the form is completed and submitted.

    The theme is ‘You’ from WordPress.

    I would appreciate it if you could lend me a hand to resolve the issue.

    Hi @robertotrigono,

    If everything is configured well then the issue might be because of a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    So please temporarily switch your theme to any other and disable all plugins except Everest Form. If everything works fine then you can activate other plugins one after another and do test submission at the same time. This will let you know the cause behind the error.

    Let me know if the error still exists after deactivating all other plugins and I will get back to you.

    Hello!

    I have deactivated all the plugins and have activated them one by one and now Everest Forms is showing the success message when submitting a form.

    The strange thing is that the same plugins that were at the beginning are still active, none of them have been deactivated (beyond the tests), removed or changed.

    Anyway, the important thing is that it is fixed.
