    Hi team,
It seems that the timer is the same for all visitors (even if I choose the evergreen option).
The action I set is “redirect to’ another page. So all my visitors that came after 30minutes, are redirected automatically to this page instead of my limited offer page.Even if it is their very first visit.

I tried to reset the timer for all, but it seems that it doesn’t work either.
Is Adblock an issue for the hurryTimer plugin ?

Thank you team for your help !

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @admin3721

Because evergreen timers rely on cookies and IPs to work correctly, make sure:
    – Cookies are not cached if you’re using a caching plugin or Cloudflare.
    – You test from different networks ( so IPs are different )

    Best regards
    Nabil

I would like help with this issue, please, Nabil. I use a free caching plugin called Hummingbird.

It’s asking for the Cookie IDs I don’t want cached—one per line.

Can you tell me how I would find the cookie IDs for my timers?

    Thank you so much!
