    Hi @ullie,

    Thanks for writing in,

Since this issue is not being replicated in our testing sites, this might be a plugin conflict. Would you please check once?
For this, deactivate all the plugins except the Everest Forms plugin and then see if the issue occurs or not. If not, activate the plugins one by one to know the faulty one and let us know the result.
If this doesn’t help you, you will have to contact the hosting provider once.

    Regards!

    Hi @sandippokharel!

Thank you for your quick reply!

As you suggested I checked all the plugins one by one and in random order several times.

It now appears that there is a conflict with another plugin I am using, which is Pop Up Box by Pop Up Box Team.

When used separately, both popups give no problem, as soon as I activate them together I get the message that https:// Slaaplijn.nl/ has a connection timeout.`

    Hi Ullie,

Could you please provide us with more details, including screenshots? Where is the error message “https:// Slaaplijn.nl/ has a connection timeout” showing?

If it is showing on the front end, please provide us with the page link so that we can look into your issues and provide you with the appropriate solution.

    Regards!

    Hi @shresthauzwal,

I was going to make some screeenshots for you, but when I was in CMS I notice that there were updates of both Everest Forms and Pop Up Box. I first performed the updates and apparently that solved the conflict between the two plugins. Because I no longer get error messages, neither from Ryte.com nor from the site diagnosis.

Problem solved, thanks for your prompt willingness to help!
