Events Tracking Accuracy

    Question regarding accuracy of evetns tracking:
    When I compare the # of pageviews for my homepage (as an example) as shown by the “All Pages” report under “Behavior” in GA: 227 to the total # of scroll events for that same page, it shows 307 (unique scroll events total is 255).

    Does the plugin record all scroll events? I’m wondering what could explain the inconsistency between the events tracking and the pageviews.

  • Hi,

    If a user loads a page and scrolls down to the bottom of the page, four scroll events are triggered, one for each presetted scroll depth: 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%.
