• First of all, I love this pluigin!

    As a workaround I have been adding the event tracking parameters into the URL field and adding in the “quotes” where needed. This seems to work perfectly! so if I want to track a button click to a signup page that is located on an about page, what I input into the URL field would look something like this:

    https://example.com/a-cool-page/” onClick=”_gaq.push([‘_trackEvent’, ‘Signup Button Click’, ‘Signup Form v.1’, ‘About Page’]);

    Basically, I just exclude the ” ” on either end (max buttons adds them automatically) and it populates. Upon returning to the button for editing however, the parameters are not visibly retained in the URL field but do remain on the pages, unless of course I make a change in another field, save the button, and the variables are overwritten with nothing but the destination URL. I just make sure I add them back if anything else is changed.

    An awesome feature for Max Buttons Pro would be dedicated fields for: category, action, opt_label, opt_value, opt_noninteraction. Would that be something in the pipeline by chance? (fingers crossed!)
