    Hi,

I am having an issue with the styling of the Events Tickets Pro within our website. The provided link is an example but this issue is site wide.

You can see within the page that it doesn’t look anything like the typical styling – different font, colour scheme, boarder line issues.

Can someone please help? I have activated/deactivated coding snippets etc relating to the Events Calendar and Event Tickets to try see what the issue is but I can’t find what is causing this.

    Cheers,
    Amanda.

I’m sorry we didn’t get back to you before now.

The link you provided though doesn’t seem to contain an example of our ticket form … do you have an updated link and are there any specifics you still need help with.

If you are an active license holder for Event Tickets Plus, definitely consider posting on our help desk instead where you’ll receive faster support (for both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus) ??

    Hi Barry,

This is because the event has now passed and tickets removed. Please see this link for future course:

Yes I am a license holder and yes I have posted within the Modern Tribe forum multiple times. Responses required that I update wordpress, update theme, check plugin conflict before further assistance is provided.

I am in the process of updating wordpress version and updating the theme. There is no plugin conflict.

Please bear in mind that this issue started when updating to 4.5.5

It does look a little different and the solution here is probably to apply some custom CSS, either via Appearance ? Customize ? Additional CSS or something similar ??

You can see within the page that it doesn’t look anything like the typical styling – different font, colour scheme, boarder line issues.

I’m not exactly sure why an update of ours would have triggered a change here but some of this – the difference in font family as one example – is defined not by our plugins but by your theme (see the main theme stylesheet lines 832-842 as an example for the rules relating to the fonts used in the ticket form).

The grey/italicized ticket price, similarly, is formatted according to rules added by your theme.

What sort of changes are you looking for, exactly? Generally we don’t get into the weeds of CSS changes here in the free forums but as you are a premium license key holder you could also link me to those other topics you created and we could potentially take up the conversation again over there.

    Let me know your thoughts!

    Hi Barry.

Thank you for the quick return. That’s better help than I have received so far (ie not a generic reply). It gives me some direction to work from/some understanding which I need.

Ideally I would want it to look like our other carts across the website, but for some reason the whole Event Tickets Plus system doesn’t match the typical design.

We have an external website company that backs up our website and I’m in discussion with them at the moment around pricing to update WordPress/Themes/any plugins. Mainly because we need our website to continue running while these updates are made in a safe environment. At this point I think that’s the first step to make. The formatting/design becomes worse and worse with every plugin update made on the Events Tickets Plus and Woocommerce. The Events Calendar is the only plugin that seems to get better with the updates, so it will be interesting to see the difference once WordPress/Theme updates are done. That will be another week or two away, so will keep you updated.

My other current conversations are online at Tribe here and here.

    I’m sorry to hear that.

It’s not something we’ve seen many reports of, however, and on our own demo site (which is running an only very lightly customized default theme) we haven’t noticed any visual regressions like the ones you’ve noted.

Certainly do keep us updated though as you move things forward with your developers/designers.

    Thanks Barry,

Yes the ticket demo on your site looks much better. Thank you for this I will pass it onto the developers as a reference.

Will touch base again in a couple weeks.

    Cheers.

    Hey @adamsa12,

Just touching base to see if you still need help on this one ?

    Have a great day!
